HTC Hero: Orange's own Android Phone

So, if the HTC Magic will be sold exclusively by Vodafone, what would be Orange's answer to it? Well, another Android phone by HTC called, the HTC Hero, that is, according to PocketLint who got a translated rumor about the story from French site Mobinaute.

Aside from the HTC Hero, Orange is also set to release other Android phone models from Sony Ericsson, LG, Samsung, and Motorola. The source of the story is apparently, from an Orange insider.

So why all the sudden love for Android phones by Orange? According to UnwiredView, Orange has this to say about Android: "Google is pretty generous with revenue sharing".

There's really not much to say about the HTC Hero since there are no specs leaked of the device, only pictures which you can see above. Now I know that these are only sample pictures and the real product may not look like it but does HTC really have to use that kind of color pink for its color?! It actually hurts my eyes.
