And here’s another new entry-level phone from Sony Ericsson: the Sony Ericsson K330i. An alternative to the high-end Sony Ericsson C905, the K330i is an entry-level camera phone.
The Sony Ericsson K330i is a small candy-bar phone with little gold trimmings on the navigation key and the soft keys and a minimalist design. It only weighs 75 grams and has dimensions of 100.0 x 45.0 x 12.0 mm.
Like the J132, the Sony Ericsson K330i has a large phone book capacity which can store up to 1000 contacts and 450 text messages. And though it can’t exactly compete with the 8 megapixel resolution on the SE C905, the K330i has a capable .3 VGA camera that can also record videos. The display is a wee bit small at only 1.7” but it’s normal for entry-level phones.
Other features on the Sony Ericsson K330i includes an FM radio, calorie tracking with Health mate, built-in flashlight with the Torch function, Bluetooth, video playback, and capable of MP3 ringtones playback.
The Sony Ericsson K330i will soon be available during the 3rd quarter of 2008.
