Radiolicious for the iPhone

One of the features lacking on an iPhone and an iPod Touch Player is an FM radio tuner. Nokia already pre-installed most of their new mobile phones with an FM tuner and almost all MP3 player also have an FM radio tuner. Well, now thanks to an application called Radiolicious, iPhone and iPod Touch Users can now listen to local radio stations on their device for free. The application doesn’t tune in to radio signals but rather streams content through the internet.

iRa mobile surveillance

The iRa is a remote surveillance software that lets you access multiple video feeds from your security cameras. You can pan, tilt, and zoom the video feeds right on your hand and has multiple uses, from surveillance to just checking in on your baby at home. Hmm, I wonder if Big Brother would purchase this software?

Flex App

So, we all know that image quality taken on the iPhone’s camera is crap, that’s why Ford partnered with a software developer to bring iPhone users a “mini photo shop-like” application, greatly enhancing the image quality of your iPhone’s camera stills. The Flex App uses 6 different filters to improve image quality or add special effects. This application is free and according to Ford, “courtesy of the all-new 2009 Ford Flex.” In other words, you’ll be bombarded with ads from Ford.
