Vodafone customers rejoice! Vodafone has just put up the pre-order page of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, following T-Mobile who has just listed the Xperia X10 as available on a T-Mobile contract a few days ago. Of course, of course you have to wait 10 days till T-Mobile actually ships your X10 but at least Vodafone is not getting your hopes up.

As for Orange customers, the X10 is listed as coming soon on their pay monthly phones so keep your fingers crossed that Orange would either list it as pre-order or would surprise everyone else by making it available early.

Comparing the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mobile contract deal on Vodafone and T-Mobile, both mobile phone company offers the X10 for free on £35 a month contract for 24 months but on Vodafone you get 1200 minutes (900 plus 300 extra for ordering online), unlimited text, unlimited landline and 500MB of mobile internet and webmail. T-Mobile on the other hand, for the same monthly tariff offers you 900 minutes, 500 text, unlimited internet (3GB cap), or your choice of unlimited text or unlimited landline via Flexible booster. So the Vodafone contract would be perfect for talkers and texters while the T-Mobile contract would be perfect for those who always uses mobile internet.
