I've previously written a post about my Samsung Galaxy Portal Review and indicated that the latter mobile phone is exclusive to T-Mobile on a monthly contract. Well, it seems that the exclusivity deal ended because I just saw the Samsung Galaxy Portal over at Three UK available for free on most of 3's pay monthly mobile plans, with the lowest tariff at £17.

If you fancy a cheap smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Portal should be on your lists of choices. Of course, there's also the Samsung i5500 Galaxy 5 but I'm leaning a bit more towards the former because of its larger screen and more powerful processor.
