Phones 4u to acquire Dial-a-phone

Phones 4u, the high street mobile phone retailer will be acquiring Dial-a-phone for a still undisclosed sum. Dial-a-phone is one of Phones 4u's main rivals in terms of direct sales via phone and online retailing.

Phones 4u will still be keeping the Mobile Express and Dial-a-Phone brands though there's still no word as to what will happen to Dial-a-phone's 300 staff.
